If you have been referred to our office, or have found our office online, you may be wondering what you need to do to prepare for your appointment.  Hopefully, much of what follows has already been discussed with you over the phone.  Following is helpful information that will assist you in being prepared and help you know what to expect when you see Dr. Loveless.

Your Appointment

If you are healthy, and already have a treatment plan from your dentist, often your consult will be done on the same day as your procedure.  If you have questions about whether or not this will be the case for you, please don't hesitate to contact the office prior to your appointment.  Prior to your surgery, a consultation, examination, and review of your  medical and dental history will be performed. For more involved surgeries such as dental implants or pathology, surgery will usually not be performed on the same day as the consultation. Your consultation is a great time to discuss any concerns or questions you have with our team.
